Vince Zampella, a Gaming Pioneer, Has Passed Away in an LA Traffic Collision
The co-creator of Call of Duty, who helped create the globally famous video game Call of Duty, has passed away in a vehicle crash in Los Angeles, California at the age of 55.
Zampella's death was verified by Electronic Arts, which owns Respawn Entertainment, a game studio he co-founded.
The celebrated video game developer passed away following his automobile collided and caught fire on a freeway in LA on Sunday, US media outlets report.
"This is a devastating loss, and our deepest sympathies go to his family and friends, his loved ones, and everyone impacted by his work," a spokesperson for Electronic Arts stated.
